Swimming in the Sea

When she was pregnant with my sister, she travelled on a boat with our father to go to an island a couple of hours away. In the middle, they met a storm and the engine broke down. They were lost at sea for 4 days. After that she stayed clear of the ocean. She stopped wind surfing, she stopped sailing. We had a home next to the sea, but she never swam in the water. The farthest she went was with the water up to her knees. Last year, Krish visited us and we went to this home in the sea. Krish and I were swimming, and taking pictures. The sea was murky. I turned back because I was afraid but then, I saw my mother, right behind me, swimming in the sea.
